The work is shows a small brick Church with a bell tower located on the riverbank. The setting sun shines brightly in the dark sky. The waving river reflects the fire of the skies and all land seems to be overflowed with golden sunlight.
The box can be used as a glass holder or a pencil box. It has the slopping lid that helps the artist to reproduce the vast expenses of countryside. She continues to paint the composition on the slopping lid and the box's sides.
A layered combination of orange toned oils creates the immensely realistic haze of the setting sun. The entire landscape bathes in the radiant glow of atmospheric brilliance. By adding darker tones and more precise detail to the tree in the foreground, Tipyakova creates deep perspective.
