A piece of mother-of-pearl is shines through the dress and the scarf of a girl.
The box is constructed from paper-mache. Red lacquer completes the interior of the work. The lid is hinged from the left of the scene, and the box has a unique shape. The work is signed with the artist's name, and the village of Fedoskino and 1999.
