Boris Shavirin is the author of this beautiful box showing us the times of the past.
We can see a noble woman with a dog in the autumn forest.
The costumes of the lady is decorated richly with brilliant gold patterns. Several pieces of mother-of-pearl are inlayed in the composition.
The box is made out of paper-mache. Black lacquer covers the exterior of the base and red lacquer covers the interior of the box.The sides of the box are covered a rich gold ornament. The lid is hinged from the left of the scene, and the box rests on a flat bottom. The work is signed with the artist's name, Fedoskino, and the year of 2018.
