This tale tells of adventures of the little girl Elly and her friends in the fairy-tale country. The trailer where Elly and her parents lived was lifted high in the skies by the strong hurricane and transferred to the magic country. All buildings in the central town of this country were made out of emerald that is why it was called "The Emerald Town". Elly and her dog, Totoshka, met there real friends
