Description: This very detailed brooch was painted by a talented Palekh artist Irina Peskova.
Irina was born in 1971. During 1987-1992 he studied in the Palekh Art School. Her favorite scenes to depict are folklore and genre scenes.
The brooch features a little concert performed by young man and a woman.Man is palying the flute, while woman, that sit by her back to us, is playin the guitar .Painting is very much detailed and the gold details are amazing!
The brooch is made of paper-mache. Black lacquer is used to paint the exterior of the brooch. The work is signed with the name of the artist, and the village of Palekh.
