Description:

This splendid box has been created by Roman Chibisov from the village of Palekh. It features a scene from the Russian fairy-tale "The Prince and his Servant". This tale tells about the adventures of a handsome Prince. His father was a very greedy tsar who tried to derive benefit from everything. Once the tsar met an old man who sold sables, martens, beavers and foxes (he is depicted over the figure of the Princess). "Where do you catch beasts?"
