Slaeva Liliana Anverovna was born in 1979 in the town of Dmitrov, Moscow Region.
Now she resides in the village of Yakhroma, Moscow Region.
In 1999 the artist finished the Fedoskino Art School.
Her teachers were Viktoriya Sinelnikova who taught the technique of miniature painting
and N.G. Marchukov who taught composition.
L.A. Slaeva's Diploma work included two compositions entitled "Fortune-telling on wreaths" and "Mermaids".
Now Liliana works at the Fedoskino factory of miniature painting.
She paints her works in the style of Fedoskino lacquered miniature using oil paints.
Themes of her works are genre scenes, fairy-tales and portraits.
Liliana supposes itís possible to work at a lacquered miniature endlessly, finding new decisions of a composition. She attaches great importance to coloring of a composition, trying to match colors harmonically.
The artist thinks itís easy to recognize her works by peculiar manner of painting and very thin details.
Works by such prominent artists as K.E. Makovsky, K.P. Brullov, V.M. Vasnetsov and I.N. Kramskoy had a great influence on the artist's painting.
In her free time Liliana likes to read books on history and ski. She is also keen on riding and likes horses very much.
The artist sincerely hopes her works will bring pleasure and joy in customer's house. She wishes prosperity to all enthusiasts of Lacquer miniature Art.
