Shubina Margarita Anatolievna was born in 1952 in the village of Mugreyevsky, Ivanovo Region. Now she resides in the village of Kholui.
In 1975 the artist finished the Kholuy Art School where she studied under Kosterin A.M., Bugaev V.P., Semenov A.I.
At present Margarita works at the Kholui Craft Workshops.
The artist paints in the style of Kholui lacquered miniature, using tempera paints.
