Rodionova Marina from the village of Kholui has painted this attractive five-sided box.
Blue, green, red and brown tones are dominated here. Gnomes are lived in nature, gathering harvest, growing the potatoes, and one gnome is playing banjo. Beautiful plants and trees and grass are surround them, butterflies and dragonflies are all around.
The box's exterior is covered with black lacquer. Its interior is covered with the red lacquer.
The box is constructed from paper-mache. The lid is hinged from the top of the scene, and the box rests on two parallel lines. The work is signed with the artist's name, the title and the village of Kholui on the interior of the button.
